About Yellow Yoga
Yellow Yellow sessions are exercise for the mind, body and spirit of the child. The programs are are designed to introduce yoga concepts to children early in life, that will grow with them. They incorporate a FUN blend of stories, games, stretching and strengthening postures, self-expression, and challenging balance poses.
Playful breathing and relaxation exercises are used, which children can carry with them outside the studio, to use in their lives... at home, in the classroom, and in sports and activities.
Sessions always end with a relaxing, kid-style guided meditation and gratitude practice.
